A note about my new release and the sales links for it are now posted on the homepage of my website.
I was surprised to learn that the Palm PDB file format is making a comeback, because it has a good auto-scroll function and it's used in a lot of Android reader apps. So, my new release is also available in PDB format. In a few weeks I'll be adding Palm PDB format editions of all my books.
And at the suggestion of a fan and supporter of my career aka Cricket, I've added a Paypal Donate button to my My Biography page.
On a personal note; after four years of struggle and over three years of separation, I've finally been reunited with my lovely wife Jema, whose immigration from the Philippines to Canada was recently completed. And life sure feels good again.

I'm closing in on finishing Book Two of The Nexus of Kellaran, but I've changed my mind about it's title. The title will be; The Fire And The Storm. Those who are on my mailing list because they've bought or downloaded a book from my website or wrote me a fan letter, and those who've 'Liked' my Author's facebook page, will have a chance to get the Pre-Release Edition as soon as the text is finalized. The published version will follow a couple of weeks after that, with new cover graphics, appendices, and new maps, and those who got the Pre-Release Edition will get those materials at that time.
My books are now available at Barnes and Noble.com, Sony Reader Store, and the Diesel eBook Store. All of them except Hunters In The Sky - USA Edition are now available on Kobo, and that book should also be available there soon.
And I think my books are all now available in the catalogs of mobile e-reading apps Apple iBooks and Stanza for Apple, and Aldiko and Word-Player for Android. But I'm not too sure about that... If you have an appropriate mobile device and you could check that for me, I'd sure appreciate it.
It's Thanksgiving in Canada, Happy Thanksgiving everyone! For the first time in a few years, I really have something to give thanks for this year; After a three-year ordeal, my wife's immigration process is almost finished, and she should be here with me by the beginning of November. This will result in many improvements in my life, even beyond the obvious ones. My finances and available time should improve, and I should be able to write and publish more.
Right now I'm diligently working on Book Two of The Nexus Of Kellaran, and it's going well.
I replied: The next book I'll release will be the sequel to Blessings of a Curse,
which will be Book Two of The Nexus Of Kellaran Series. I plan to
release it in late spring (northern hemisphere) of 2011.
People Of The Tiger is Book One of The Rational Future Series, and I plan to release Book Three of that series in late summer 2011.
And another fan commented:
YES! I've been waiting for Book 2 from Blessings of A Curse for like......ummmmm.....dang, like around a few years I think.

Wow! This is awesome i love and thank god there is more. Truly one of the best sic-fi reads I have ever had. And the editorial work on this is amazing. love it love it and love it. Can not wait to read more. Thank you for sharing. Mechmanas.
Yes!!! It continues!!! I have read a couple of hours every night for the last week ,one of the finest
si-fi or any storie for that matter. This vision of your future is in a different
realm of most writers. I love this out look, it would be great to say we have
seen our future and it is great. THANK YOU
When I was a musician, it was all about the reaction of the crowd. With writing, it's the fan mail. It's what made me take writing seriously, it's why I decided to publish, it's what keeps me going as a writer when setbacks occur. In an abstract way, I really love my fans. So I've decided to share some of the fan letters I receive. A lot of them come anonymously, and most don't want their info released, but I promise that all of them are genuine fan mail.
Hi Wayne
I have just finished reading “People of the Tiger” and “Hunters in The Sky” end to end and you have joined my most favoured authors list.
This is a fantastic story set in a wonderfully crafted world of social science fiction/fantasy. Once I started I found your books almost impossible to resist and to me that has to be one of the highest accolades a writers can receive.
I am awaiting the next instalment of ‘The Rational Future Series” with excited and selfish impatience, so don’t just sit there reading this “hurry up and get it written”
Awesome sci-fi!!!
Very well thought out! I love the complex plot that keeps you reading and reading and reading. I finished it in 3 days and am eager to read the next book.
I've noticed that I have tens of thousands of fans on free sites that allow the readers to easily rate stories books from one to ten. Almost everyone that reads my books them gives them a nine or a ten, with an average score of around 9.35.
On sites that don't have ratings, readers are just hoping to stumble on something good among the thousands of books available. On those sites, people don't know whether a book is good until they read it, and my books don't do as well. I think I'll write to those sites and suggest they implement a rating mechanism.
A lot of people have asked when my next releases are going to be out. The next book I'll be releasing will be the sequel to Blessings Of A Curse; Book Two of The Nexus Of Kellaran Series. I plan to release it near the end of March 2011.
Book Three of The Rational Future Series; the sequel to People Of The Tiger and Hunters In The Sky, is planned to be released near the end of summer 2011.
Book Three of The Nexus Of Kellaran should be out in late 2011 or early 2012.
Publishing has not been all fun and games lately. My favorite email address has been glitching since they 'improved' it, and half the time I can't access my inbox there. So I changed my email address in Paypal and deleted the old one. I didn't understand that on Paypal, your email address is your identity. I hadn't changed my Paypal email address settings at e-Junkie; my e-commerce host, so my ebook sales suddenly stopped working, which led to a cascade of problems. I've got it all straightened out now. It just goes to prove that when you're teaching yourself something as complex and non-stardardized as internet publishing, you can miss a few important details.
Then, this morning, I realized that my hotmail account had been virused, and the virus had mailed spam for a pharmacy site to my entire mailing list. I've written everyone explaining and apologizing, and hopefully I won't be automatically blocked by their spam-filtering programs.
For good news; I've loaded better quality ePub documents to e-Junkie for sale and giveaway here on my site. The old ones looked fine when I tested them with Adobe Digital Editions, but apparently some people's ebook readers had trouble with them. I replaced them with new ones that are fully compliant with the ePubCheck standard, and they should look fine on every device. If you bought one of the old ePubs and it looks funny on your screen, email me and I'll send one of the new ones. If you downloaded a free ePub of People Of The Tiger, feel free to download the new version.
I've posted People Of the Tiger to Scribd.com, one of the biggest reading sites, with over 50 million visits a month. I discovered it using Alexa.com, which is a great site that ranks all the websites by category and by how many visitors they get. I'd have like to have listed my other books for sale on the Scribd Store, but while it's in beta only Americans can use it. Hopefully it'll be out of beta soon.
I have finally been able to make my books widely available! They can now be bought on Amazon, Kindle, eBay, e-Junkie Marketplace, Lulu, and here on my website. I'll soon have them available at Smashwords.com, which will have them in even more ebook formats than I'm offering here. Through Smashwords, they'll be available at the Apple iBookstore, Barnes and Noble, Sony Reader Bookstore, Kobo, Diesel eBook Store, and also distributed into the native catalogs of top mobile e-reading apps such as Stanza on the iPhone and iPad and Aldiko and Word-Player on Android devices. And I'm just getting started!
Being a publisher is not as much fun as being an author. It's a ton of work. It's also a tower of Babel out there, and everywhere you upload your work has different requirements for formatting and file type. But it's worth it.
My books are now available on The Amazon Kindle Store as Kindle ebooks, and they are available as paperbacks on Amazon through the Amazon Lulu Marketplace!
All eBook formats of People Of The Tiger are now available for free on my website! http://wayneedwardclarke.viviti.com
That book and the sequel to it are available in two versions; with American measurements, and with Metric units! You can get paperbacks and hardcovers of both books in The Rational Future Series at my Lulu.com webstore! People Of The Tiger, and Hunters In The Sky!
